About Brent

My path to becoming a psychotherapist has been shaped by a longstanding interest in people’s stories, patterns, relationships, and capacity for change. Before entering the field, I spent many years working in creative and professional settings, experiences that continue to inform my grounded, conversational approach to therapy.

I aim to offer a space that feels calm, respectful, and honest. My work is collaborative, and I believe therapy is often most helpful when clients are able to speak openly without feeling judged or rushed.

I have a particular interest in supporting adults navigating addiction-related concerns, compulsive behaviours, anxiety, grief, emotional regulation, relationship stress, and life transitions.
